Users confirm that they

Users must not share login details with any third party
Users are responsible for all activity under their account

TISA Jobs is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.

4. Use of the Platform

Attempt to bypass security or verification systems

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using TISA Jobs confirm that

All job postings are genuine current and lawful
Job descriptions accurately reflect the role and conditions
Compensation details are transparent where required
No illegal fees or unethical practices are imposed on candidates
Employer communications remain professional and respectful

TISA Jobs does not participate in hiring decisions and does not guarantee recruitment outcomes.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates using TISA Jobs confirm that

All profile information is accurate and truthful
Documents submitted for verification are genuine
Applications are made in good faith
Platform tools are used only for job search purposes TISA Jobs does not guarantee interviews job offers or employment.

7. Fees and Payments

Employers are not charged for job postings unless stated otherwise
Candidates may be required to pay a verification fee
Fee details are shared privately before payment
Payments are governed by the Refund Policy

8. Verification

Verification is conducted to maintain platform quality
Verification does not constitute endorsement
Approval or rejection is at our discretion
Verification details are governed by the Verification Policy

9. Content Ownership and License

Users retain ownership of their content
By uploading content users grant TISA Jobs a limited license to display and process it for platform purposes
Users confirm they have the right to share submitted content

10. Platform Availability

We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Maintenance downtime or technical issues may occur
We are not liable for losses due to platform unavailability

11. Suspension and Termination
