Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Product Support Executive to assist customers using our community management platform. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, master students, and freshers who want to build a career in PropTech and SaaS support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide first line support to property managers, landlords, and residents
• Resolve customer queries via email, chat, and support tickets
• Assist users with onboarding and basic platform training
• Escalate technical issues to the development team when required
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and support systems
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely response
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong problem solving mindset
• Basic understanding of web applications and SaaS platforms
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Prior customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
